My problem is that in my head I'm seven years old, and therefore expect myself to grow up into someone extremely talented, extremely good looking, and perfect celebrity material. It hasn't happened yet, but I'll keep you posted.
Awwww, Madiii. I think you are extremely talented and beautiful. You are also PERFECT "clean" celebrity material. (as in, you say NOOO NOOO NOOOO to drgus.)
You could come and live in NYC with me! :D That would be fabulous. But I have no idea what they do in cubicles either, and I'm hoping I never actually have one to find out. Corner office all the way, baby. :P
I hate the fact that I'm grown up now. I have a new appreciation of Shakira's "Dreams for Plans" song... it's so very sad that all the things I used to dream about (almost certainly) won't ever come true.
Don't worry yourself too much. I'm a heck of a lot older than you are and still haven't figured out what I want to be when I grow up. ;) Keep that seven year old inside of you and your life ahead will bring all sorts of unexpected joys!
Don't worry too much about it-- I changed majors three times before I graduated (finally coming back to my original idea, sigh), but even the people who know they want to do X may not end up doing X, honestly. My brother is on leave of absence from graduate school right now because he's realized he doesn't want to work in math. :/
I find stuff sort of. . . comes to you, and the best thing you can do in college is make yourself open to learning and change, and you can go from there. Especially when you become rich and famous. ;)

I'd be the most boring celebrity of all time. People would be all, and she's going... to the grocery store... dressed appropriately.

I'm beginning to believe cubicle work is my destiny.
I hate that I'm a grown-up too.
