So, my spanish oral tomorrow, and I really shouldn't be freaking out as much as I am. (... which is not too much, FYI.) It's ten minutes of talking with another girl from my class and our professor, and it's on topics we know, and I know I can speak in the simple phrases we need... when my brain works. Today when we were practicing, I'd forget the ( Read more... )

When I try to speak in French, I subsitute the words I don't know with Spanish words! I misss Spanish! So much simpler than french.

(Her name was Kelly.)

Cuddy was awesome. I'm going to have to watch it again tomorrow (when I skip my history discussion b/c I did not read the assigned chapters). I really want to have a baby for her. Like, I'd totally get preggers for her and send her the baby. (except not for real. but y'know.)

FRENCH IS SO MUCH HARDER. Sometimes in French, you just randomly don't pronounce the last syllables of certain words. And then, the je, tu, and il/elle/on, and ils/elles forms of words all sound the same even though they're spelled differently. Like, hi, wtf?!

Today, during my interview, I said "muy" instead of "tres"! But I totally corrected myself and went, "Oops! That's Spanish!" And then I said the sentence over.

I'll give you a call, but I'm around any time after 12 if you need me. You'll be fine!

LOL at the random French words. I was doing the exact same thing, inserting "mais" and not realising. I don't do it regularly now, but often a word from one language will slip out when I'm speaking another. (Recently it's been Russian words in my Spanish class, which is not helpful! :D) Your brain will learn that they're different languages as you get more comfortable with Spanish, though.

I totally do that substituting a non-English language thing. I'm always trying to speak German in Japanese class. It's only when I'm REALLY stuck that it comes out French. :p

I just can't even forgive the thing with Cuddy, but the fact that he knew just which button to push shows how well he knows her. They're so in love lust. And yes, Wilson. Oh, Wilson. And I'm inexplicably excited that Chase got to figure one out and that House was wrong. It's about damn time.

I'm pretty much devastated House was wrong. I depend upon him being right!

And meh on House/Cuddy.

I'm so glad I don't have to hate Wilson!
