lol okay this is probably going to sound completely idiotic but what exactly do you do in these kinds of comms? because I was looking at this one earlier but I wasn't sure what exactly you do and thought I would ask before I joined or whatever haha
They're actually a ton of fun. I mod a Glee land comm, and basically you're put on a team, and you do different events to earn points, and you try to help your team win first place. The Glee one has done genderswap memes, recasting memes, fanfics that you write with your teammates, easy things like bingo or rock paper scissors - all sorts of things!
I love them, personally. I mod one, I'm in another, and I applied for this one I just posted about. I used to be in a fourth, but that one moved really fast. (The activities usually have a time limit that you have to finish them by.)
You should give it a try if you have time! :) (This one or the glee one or both! The glee one is just finishing a round but it'll be starting up again in January. You could always give the movie one a try and if you like it, check out the Glee one? :) It'd be awesome!)
