So, i saw england is mine. About Morrissey's life before he met Johnny Marr. Including his depression and his terrible jobs he'd do anything to avoid.

My first thought was the actor looks like Harry Potter/Dan Radciffe in the movie with long hair.

But i found these pics, he did have long hair. then short hair and the the quiff.

I like Morressey a lot. I think I would like it.

Wasn't Billy Elliot an earlier film? I don't know why, but I thought it. I think the writers of this chicken out by making him straight. They had an opportunity to do make him gay but they didn't. I think that would have made his coal minor father more upset then just being a ballet dancer. There are straight male dancers, but they are in the minority. Gays are very attracted to dance. Plain & simple.

For some reason I couldn't see the lip sync video

I think you'd enjoy the film for all the references if you're a fan. Whats you favorite smiths song? I saw this video on you tube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veHzqTgOwGQ&t=13s.

Mine is panic, rubber ring or Cemetery gates.

Yes, Billy elliot started as film and then became a stage musical. I think it still going. I think Elton John had something to do it, either donating money or writing songs. Or both. I liked the fact the friend was gay and not Billy as that would of been far to obvious and proved his brother and father correct. I do agree though, way more gay dancers.

I put another link to the lip sync battle underneath the original. I think youtube keep pulling it over copyright. The new links from Vimo

I love nearly all his songs. From Irish Blood, English heart to Everyday is like Sunday. There is something in his lyrics and that wildly operatic voice that resonates in me. Don't know why. I liked the Smiths, but his individual talents makes it better. Is this a film or TV movie? He blurts things out that diminishes his standing with the public, which is a shame. He will never be politically correct.

It a film. It was a limited release in the UK so probably a DVD release in the US. I like the smiths more than his solo stuff, i have seen him live though. He was brilliant. He has said a lot of stuff recently I don't agree with, but that doesn't change his brilliant lyrics.

LOL! He says stuff like he's a fucking fascist. Then he goes on about not eating meat. Then goes on about being asexual. It goes on and on.
