This was truly wonderful and masterfully written! Thank you so much. Except for the eyes meeting and the tingle from the touch I didn't even know where the story was going. The last three paragraphs were an appreciated surprise. I especially liked that Madison took the risk and kissed first. Write more!

Thanks. :) Fairly new to the baseball RPS genre, and hadn't actually written any fic in a very long time before this, so it's good to know I didn't completely miss the mark. I've written a few other short pieces since then, various pairings from the Giants, but haven't published anything since the playoffs last year. Outing myself, I can't help but feel that my writing is bad luck, since right after I posted a J. Sanchez/Eli Whiteside thing on the MLB kinkmeme, in which some things were said about Posey as a catcher, a few hours later he got broken for the season and I'm afraid I jinxed it, and since then just about every player I wanted to write about broke. *sigh* Which is depressing, so I need to kickstart my writing again. Maybe the All Star Game will give me some ideas?

The details in this are fantastic - you've got these guys down without telling the reader what to think.

Really love the sense of place.

This made me think about the contrast between Fresno and SF and how hard it must be for these southern guys to adjust to the two Californias, especially when they have to go back and forth.

More, please!
