NSA collecting phone call data on Americans. . . with the full complicity of the telecom corps. These are DOMESTIC calls, and not of people suspected of terrorist or other criminal activity. Thing that gets to me is all the people who go about with their thoughts that our gov't is so spotless and upstanding and would never hide things from the citizens, would never take part in underhanded clandestine activities. Uh, yeah...right. "You just keep telling yourself that, k?" I mean, c'mon people. Get a clue.

what does it say about me that i can't get excited about this because i think this has already been going on for decades and we're just finding out about it, and it wouldn't matter if they got caught and told to stop, that they'd just go on doing what they've been doing?
