i like stephen k amos. we went for his show last friday night as part of the melbourne comedy festival and he was great! my favourite part was his opening where he entered dancing to beyonce's 'single ladies'. it was a sight to behold. i wish he had gone on for more than an hour though i suppose doing stand-up for an hour can be exhausting

i know the feeling about house buying. our market is so crap at the moment though we need 25% deposit. I think i'll sponge of my family alittle while longer heehee

Buying a house

I got a house all on my own just two months ago.

I got a special kind of loan since I'm poor and all so I only had to come up with $1000 bucks to hold the house.

The downside is its an hour to just about any where:(

Plus side it's a gated community with lakes and lots of trees

So look around maybe they have some kind of loan there where you wont have to come up with much down either.

i'm suspicious about loans where you get something for nothing. so i'll pass on that one...
