dinner dilemma

i am just come home from work (don't pick on my grammar - jane austen writes that way!) and i have an aubergine/eggplant to cook. i'm thinking of some kind of spicy tomato thingy. any other ideas?*

*ofcourse by the time i read your comments i would have finished cooking. ignore this fact!

the best thing to do with eggplant is to set fire to it, then throw it into the ocean.

i made a kind of mix between bharta and rajma! i made spicy kidney bean and eggplant brown rice extravaganza! ta-da
