[ For much of the day, Golbez had been going around town to see if there were any injured who needed help. When he comes across Sunny digging through the rubble, her foot cut, he stops to check on her. ]

You should be inside.

[Sunny jerks a bit at the voice, before glancing back at Golbez. She shakes her head a little at his comment.]

I-I've been inside. W-we'll need supplies though...

[stoppedhiding]

We will. You, however, should not be the one sent out to scavenge.

Where are you staying? I will help you.

U-um... Over a few... [She pauses, because really, what do you call things right now? They're not exactly houses anymore, after all. So she just sort of waves her hand before looking back at Golbez.] But I'm t-tired of sitting inside... I wanted to do something...

[Sanguinius is quick to show up, his body unchanged by the events taking place. It took barely a moment to notice what had happened but he ended up scooping up Sunny and wrapping his wings around her, a small effort to protect her from any radiation. His body was equipped to handle any amount of the fatal rays so he could serve as a small shield....just in case.]

[Sunny moves to grasp onto him, not seeming to mind being scooped up, before she looks at him, totally confused]

W-what ha-happened? T-this... we should all b-be dead.

I do not question these things and, instead, praise our fortune.

This place... it doesn't make sense...

[Have Sunny gripping to you more, before squirming around a bit]

W-where's Sora?

[Sue has been searching, for useful things, for Puffy... when she runs smack into her bestie. She's so happy to see her friend is alright!]

SUNNY!

[Have Sue running over and giving you a big hug!]

[Sunny has no time to react, thus Sue gets a small eep as she hugs her, before the girl realizes and shifts around to hug back]

Sue! You're okay!

Yea, I'm fine! How about you? Are you hurt?

[Contrary to Sue's claims, she's wearing bandages around both of her palms, by the way.]

I cut my foot when I got up... what of your hands?

[Naal's never seen devastation like this, but she isn't exactly unfamiliar with conflict, either, and it doesn't take too long for her to start going around the neighborhood checking for survivors. It doesn't look like there would be any, but then she probably should have died too...]

Sanguinius? [Her pronunciation of the name is probably not perfect yet...] Sora? Are you still here? [Sunny's the only non-drone member of the family she hasn't met. Whoops!]

[Naal will catch Sunny digging through some of the rubble. When she hears the other girl, and realizes she knows the names of the other household residents, she calls out to her.]

H-he's out looking for things, and S-Sora went to find her friends.

So they're unharmed? [Well, she can't be certain that's true just because she's been told so, but this girl, like most of the younger children here, strikes her as remarkably guileless compared to most of her val peers.]

Y-yes. [Sunny nods, standing up to brush dirt off her hands. She has no reason to lie, so she won't.] Do you know them?
