I finally got back to New York late last night. It's been a month and a half, the longest I've been away from the city in four years, ever since I stopped being a student and started being a grown-up with a job

welcome back! i spent the whole olympics telling people about my awesome friend who got to go to china and report. on. the. olympics. IN CHINA.

i have vasovagal episodes, too! i was so happy when i figured out what they were. passing out for no reason was really getting annoying. usually i can tell if they're coming and bounce around or eat something. blood pressure is a crazy thing.

Yes! I have not watched a single episode of the new Project Runway! I am looking forward to getting back in my New York shoes (figuratively. Because literally, they hurt more than my sportswriting and/or suburban shoes).
