I need to start posting here again. So much has happened in my life ... and in your lives. I miss my friends! I always think I'll read everyone else's posts first and then I'll post something, but I never seem to get that proverbial round tuit. Yes, we did. I hadn't talked to you since we set it up, but when I called you that afternoon to confirm you apologized and said you had to have "re-surgery" and were dopey from pain meds, and we'd talk in a week or two. I thought of you all that time, then got distracted by family health issues and personal health issues, and forgot.

Give me a call so we can reschedule!

Yes, this! I mentioned the lovely lady to my husband just yesterday and said, "I should call her!" I LOVE it when the universe aligns like this.

I got a call a few weeks ago and the caller ID said only "Canada" and a phone number. I thought, "Could that be Shannon?!?!" But it was a telemarketer. :(

When things settle down here I'm going to get fiber optic service, which comes with unlimited calling to the US and Canada. But meanwhile I still have my same old long distance service, so give me a call! My number is still the same.

I've thought of you too, and of all my friends here. I dunno what's wrong with me. Self-destructive, I guess. Have to overcome that and get involved again, I've missed you! Hope things are going better for you than they were when I left!
