Today started out horrible.
I've developed
delayed sleep phase syndrome. I don't like it -- I'd much rather be the lark I was nearly all my life. But despite my efforts to reset my body clock, I haven't been able to. I used to go to bed at 10:00 pm, and 11:00 was late for me. Now I'm just not sleepy until 1:00 or 2:00 am
