So in a last ditch attempt to discuss what the hell has been making me queasy for the last 18 months, I've decided to go gluten-free for 6 weeks.

I'm already in a prissy mood about it, mostly cos I frickin' love everything that contains gluten.

Grump.

And, in case you were worried, Wikipedia informs me: " Although most forms of whiskey are distilled from a mash that includes grains that contain gluten, distillation removes any proteins present in the mash, including gluten."

Not to sound like a raging alcholic...but I did fist pump when I found out whiskey is a-okay.
