Exactly, that's the whole point! He only wants the best of the lot. Čeprov ne vem, če jih bo lahk na TVju našel. Ampak dvomim, da se za Ameriko pretirano sekira. ;P He's not acting though, he's actually like this and that's what I like about him - he's not faking it. So what if he's cursing at them and calling them names - that's how he eliminates the ones that are trash and have no place in the kitchen. If you can't take the heat in an improvized restaurant, how are you going to run your own? That takes a whole lot more than just being a good cook. Besides, he's putting his own good name at stake here - he's one of the 3 chefs in the world that have 13 Michelin stars. :) So he has to find the best one of the lot. Towards the end of every series he's actually nice to the last 3 or 4 candidates. :( He's giving them tips and advice and all that. Well, you either like him or you don't. I know I do. :)
