I like number 8. Watermelon is so great in Taiwan.
Have you had liangmian (cold noodles) yet? It's a classic summery dish with cold noodles, peanut sauce, soy sauce, and cucumbers.

And you're right ... I'm not a huge fan of watermelon, but it is quite good here. (As is the pineapple!!!) YUM.
