I always keep in mind that while it is possible to live into one's seventies and eighties, or even the rare nineties and beyond, there is never, ever a guarantee that one will live that long. Have you ever looked at tombstones from the 1700's or 1800's? People who made it to their mid-thirties or forties were considered people who lived a good, long life!
