This weekend was nice and boring. Sunday I didn't even leave the apartment. Yesterday after work, Keith and I went to Moe's for $5 burritos then went bowling. I'm so out of practice. I bowled 85, 109 and 92. I could hardly write at work today, and my arm still hurts now. Did my grocery shopping at Target this week, saw ex-co-workers I haven't seen ( Read more... )

I went back to my old area today (granted, it's been two months, not two years) and I didn't know practically ANYONE. Kinda crazy. But some of the core trainers and, well, the managers knew me. And the managers miss me, or so they say :) so that's rather cool.

And yes, lots of weddings and children. But I'm happy for everyone :)

I'm happy for everyone too, but each new announcement makes me feel just a little older and sadder for myself. Then again, I talked to a girl today two years younger than me and already getting a divorce... and then I don't feel quite so bad.

I don't even think about it anymore, to be honest. It doesn't make me sad - or even contemplative, really - to hear about someone getting married. Perhaps it's just that I'm not in a place right now in my life that I WANT to get married? Oh, well.
