Yep, they are going to be very happy, which will annoy Rigo's father a good deal, but he can't do anything. And Kenneth will build a swing for the porch, and then they will sit there and cuddle and look at their roses and be happy. :)

The one thing I noticed: "trust her son could only access when he turned twenty-one" - should that be twenty-five?

No, twenty-one is correct. Rigo gained access to the fortune his mother left him at 21, but full control over everything only at 25. She probably thought it was better for him to have four years to learn how to spend money, monitored by the trustees, before he got full access.
The driver, hm, I wondered whether he might convince Marietta that she liked him better than Kenneth. ;)
