My brain just exploded with love for your pedicabo and irrumabo references. Haven't heard that since my freshman year of college. Ah, Catullus. Also, just much much love for the quirky characters.

My favorite was always " ille mi par esse deo videtur," but perhaps that was because I loved the original Sappho so very much. And I remember having to memorize and recite "vivamus mea lesbia atque amemus." Though in my head it always reads "vivamus mea lesbiatquememus.

I have had a thoroughly amusing time at http://tigress.com/emax/latin.html discovering what Pedicabo and Irrumabo meant. I love stories that make me think.

William and Sullivan *grins* Loved the courtship through real and fained computer incompetence. Bullshit was listed in Latin on that site btw.*GRINS*

Computer viruses. Everywhere. It’s like 1348 in there.

You made me almost choke on my cornflakes I was laughing do hard. I do love me an intelligently written fic first thing in the morning and revisiting this cast of characters again. What a wonderful sitcom they'd make.

lol! Thanks. Now that Queer as Folk and L Word are over, it is my oft- and loudly-advertised plan (but only when drinking) to write the new gay sitcom hit shamelessly based on my uni experiences. No-one would ever speak to me again, but I would be *rich*.

This was so darling with Sullivan just flailing for a chance to see William, and him just coming anyways despite the exasperation. Ideologically opposed to right-clicking, hee. :)c

Frighteningly, the only incident I didn't invent was the right-clicking. We really had a dean that refused to right-click. I suppose you've got to stand for something...

Cheers :)

Man, I've done the step-stool thing, but I've actually panicked in the uni's computer center when I was using a Mac for the first time and couldn't work out how to copy/paste-- pretty sure that right-clicking is ingrained as one of my instant reflexes by now.

I owned a Mac for about a year...or two...before I figured out you could control + click. But, you know, it was very shiny and white, so I didn't care that I couldn't do basic commands.

It's really not healthy for me and good for my public image to read it at work :D

Dude.. wait... what? Why are you poking me? I don't get it! Explain what you mean! What? Sorry, you must say what you mean. I mean write it. IN A LONG STORY THAT INVOLVES JERZY AND ICELANDIC JUMPERS AND LATIN AND PUNS AAAAAND LOTS OF GAY-LOVE!!!! :D

I don't think I can sleep at night wondering how Icelandic jumper is not on Reg anymore. How that happened? The mechanics? It keeps me awake ;)
