"Face like a toolbox" is a term that a fellow author once used to describe someone with a number of facial piercings (tool box has lots of metal = face has lots of metal). Cass is extra-special because hers are multi-colored! You pointing this out reminds me that I was going to add something to this to make it more obvious what I was referring to! Alas, I forgot, and heck if I can figure it out now :P

Actually, as much as I like the toolbox term, I realized that confusing everyone is not what I really want to do, so I've gone and changed that. So thanks and congrats! You're now the only person who knows how it was originally :D

Derek was ALMOST as fun to write as Dae and Cass, but I have plans for him.
I refused to write main-character-girls of any kind unless they have enough feistiness to really sock someone in the face if they were pissing them off enough. Thats how Cass likes her girls, too ~_^
