I did awesome this weekend with the workouts! yay! *pats self on back* I took a sick day off work on Friday just 'cause I could (haha) ... and slept in, went to yoga, and then went to the gym and did an upper body workout with weights + 100 crunches + cardio. Saturday, I did lower body + crunches + cardio. Yesterday, I did upper body + crunches
