"Tell you what...I think you're going to have a great year"

Ok so I finally, finally , FINALLY, finished Doctor Who: End of Time Pt. 2 even though I really didn't want to because that would mean that was it for David Tennant and the era of 10 but oh well, it was great fun while it lasted and even when it wasn't fun, but horribly heartbreaking, it was still awesome and he will always be THE Doctor to me.

Yes, I'm definitely tearing up. When he said "I don't want to go," I was sobbing the first time around. It was awful to see him so alone like that, after all his companions moved on. I like Eleven, I really do, but it will be a while before I get over all that sadness.

I love this post. I still miss Ten SO very much. :( And the Ten/Rose stuff was SO epic. The full circle of their relationship and how she was the last person he wanted to see, and he traveled back to their beginning together for his end...*cries*

Yeah, I remember the pain. Usually, I avoid anything featuring Ten. He is My Doctor and he always will be somewhere deep in my heart (good GOD that's cheesy), but I understand that he didn't die. He is still there, in the absurd person that is Matt Smith. And when I see Matt act, I see the Doctor, which is all that matters.

I wish he had stayed for another season, though. For another 100000000 seasons. But I'm glad his new regeneration doesn't cause him so much pain.

You know who I will miss most? Donna. Donna Noble was the awesomest companion ever and I still haven't given up hope that they will bring her back one day.

The Doctor isn't giving up his life for humanity, for love- just for one old man who won't make a huge difference one way or another. And the Doctor knows this, knows that if he could and would do so much more good if he were allowed to live but he still goes into that room because he's the Doctor and if there's even one life he can possibly save, he's going to save it.THIS ( ... )
