I liked the possibility of talking about fandoms in a writer's pov, so I thought this meme would look nice in this comm :) AND I'M PROVING RII THE WRITER ISN'T DEAD. She has chapters four and five of Lovers N'Strangers written. The translations are almost finished; I try my hardest to post a fic update within a few days. (Dunno what are the sorry excuses of the other writers *lol* We're lazy~)
But whilst waiting for that, here's an OTP meme, including long rants and pics of hotties. Yattaa! :D

7. Zoro x Robin [One Piece]
OHMYGAWD, HET!!!! XDDDDDDDD
Yeaaaah, my soul isn't completely ruined -yet XD
Zoro is so cool and scant in words and has hots for Robin ;D There's this one scene in the manga in which Robin gets shot and she's falling half-dead to ground and Zoro jumps in in nick of time and grabs her and it's so romantic and afbasjbhajsa srsly! One Piece could use some romance :D
I could never write of them, though :/ Too difficult. I'd ruin the characters. The witty, dry humor the series has... I don't master it. So, I continue fooling around with mah jrockers~
6. Yamapi x Kamenashi Kazuya/Akira x Shuuji~kun [Nobuta wo Produce]

I'm sorry, this pairing is listed partly jokingly~ I'm not truly into Pikame. Maybe because I have never read a good piece of them?
However, although Pikame does not work for me in fiction, it rocks my socks in fanvids!! :D I've watched tens of delicious Pikame/AkiraxShuuji stuff in YouTube *lol* So, the guys have deserved their place here~
I think what fascinates me in Akira and Shuuji is the "classic" setting: the cool boy isn't into the weird guy OR into guys at all to begin with but with time (and weird antics! XD) the weird guy wins over the cool guy's heart. Yup, we've seen this varied many times, yes? :D And every bloody time it works liek hell♥
5. Tatsumi x Tsuzuki [Yami no Matsuei]
Usually, I'm the girl who fells for the shiny bishonen boys. In this case, neither one of the guys really meets with my image of a bishonen~ Tsuzuki is a fantastic character :D Manly, yet cutely boyish, funny and dorky yet strong and reliable, it's Tsuzuki to rescue^o^ Between him and Tatsumi ripples affection and devotion that really touches me. Although Tatsumi is often strict and mean to Tsuzu, he's always there for him when Tsuzuki really needs him. It's beautiful.
4. Saga x Nao [alice nine.]
I needed a lot of time to decide how high I'd rank this couple. I love Gacchi and Nao enormously. This is the pairing of which I like to read even more than of the number one pairing of the list since well, okay, the number of Saga x Nao fics is huge but also because I usually know what I get when I click a link leading to a GacchiNao. Sometimes, after bunches of crappy fics and weeeird pairing try-outs, it's nice to know that Saga and Nao can never go wrong and that in the world of alice!love, there's always a pairing of which people can write non-smut fics having no rapists and child abuse and whatnot. Happy ends, silly fluff, Starbucks and harmless naughty jokes, that's what the pairing is made of :)
And partly because of the predictable nature of the pairing, it's always, always, breathtakingly giddy to run into a fic that uses the pairing in an exciting, fresh way. Dark and angsty, sexy and fierce, with Saga and Nao? It can be written! I have one project in which we see a different Nao... I hope to present it to you soon^_-
The "fictional" Nao and Saga have interesting chemistry. The kind, sweet, mature, patient drummer and the hotheaded, passionate, calculating bassist offer possibilites for mind-tickling stories to no end~
But what I like absolutely the best about this pairing is...
...that it can lead to a heart-wrenching love triangle 8DD
3. Uruha x Naoran [the GazettE x Kagrra,]
This is something no one expected, I bet :p
Actually, there's only two fics of this pairings I've ever seen and the other one was written by me (it's in line for posting~~). I'm not quite sure where or when this obsession was born. Around the time I was making the Gazette x alice nine wallpapers, maybe? I remember that back then, I played with different crossover pairings a lot. I like crossovers, they make fanfiction broader and more intriguing.
I like the conflicting attributes in these two men~~ In my "ideal" image of Naoran and Uha, the elements of cute, warm and goofy meet with dramatic, edgy and... cold. Yeah. It's really hard to explain why I'm into this pairing because you haven't yet read what I have written *lol* You'll understand this part better later when I get my piece "published" ;D
2. Isshi x Naoran [Kagrra,]
LANBDKGHBASKHKSAHSLAHNJDAH,;!
They're so cute ;____;
Isshi's the smart, well-balanced, collected guy who's constantly looking after the spontaneous, slightly childish younger man :3 My view on the pairing is very "traditional" but I wouldn't want them any other way~
It's easy for me to write of these boys. IRL, they want to come close to their fans, so it's effortless to create an image of them and their nature based on which starting writing fanfiction is illegally easy. They seem fictional to start with XD; Kagrra, is gorgeous♥
Good IsshixNao drama would be awesome to read D: Or any good Isshi x Nao fiction in general D: The pairing is dying! More love for Isshi and Nao! Don't let IsshixAkki overrun them! *pout*
...and finally, Miss Rii's number one OTP....

This wasn't a surprise to anyone, I guess 8D
Tora and Gacchi. Oh boys. ♥. They have, as a pairing, this insanely intense feeling to them. The "fictional" Tora and Saga the fanbase has created are so diverse and credible people that they could easily compete with any "real" novel character. Firstly, the two of them are ridiculously good-looking:
Liek wtf. They can't be real :D Maybe it's Maybelline, maybe God has pampered them with some of His own divine genes but dang, these rawkstars are smoking-hot♥ And not just hot as in, drool-worthy. As a writer, their prince-like beauty inspires me to try to capture some of the larger-than-life drama all the famous fairytales have^__^ And to add to the appearance factor Tora's slightly abstinent, cool nature and laid-back attitude hiding the DORKYNESS and Saga's flirtatious stage act and intelligence, we have a perfect match in our hands~
Saga knows how to work it ;) I love it how he self-consciously builds this image of an uncontrollable , unpredictable manwhore. He's aware of the way he affects us poor girls♥ I mean, who wouldn't want to write of him?^O^~<3
And, lastly: when the genuine, happy side of them is revealed, when you feel you're watching the real people behind the celebrity masks... that's what this OTP is all about:
