For apgeeksout, I am doing Top 5 episodes to introduce someone to whatever show I choose. I struggled on what show to pick. I like MASH. I've seen most of the eps- but out of order in a scattershot way so I never really became fannish about the show. However, it is definitely one of the great sitcoms and pieces of TV history.

Frasier and Seinfeld have huge sentimental value to me because they are the first non-child shows that I got into.

Thank you for commenting. I've enjoyed your meta posts too! It's funny but we pretty much watched Dollhouse at the same time. ;-)

Lilith makes everything funnier and more awesome. The prompt was eps that I'd show someone to introduce them to a show. It was very painful for me to put my *favorite* Frasier ep- Don Juan in Hell- where Frasier's subconscious creates an imaginary psychotherapy sessions with Diane/Lilith/Frasier's mother/first wife Nanette to figure out why Frasier has been a disaster with women for all of Cheers and Frasier. Or the ep where Frasier and Niles take a trip through Niles's memories to track how Niles has idealized Daphne for so long that it's preventing Niles from having a healthy relationship with her. Two of the deepest sitcom eps that I've ever seen.

Love Dollhouse!

I love that sibling therapy ep too! Frasier + psychiatric themes = love.
