Week Status / Love Letters to Hinata
Dear Hinata,
Before I begin, I would like you to ensure the bird did not drop the small present I sent along with him. It is small, an hourglass. The sand will not fall if you flip it, it's bound to my chakra, so when I approach the sand will start to fall. It was a family tradition of ours when I was a child, and I thought, just maybe, you'd want to see when I was coming back that way.
We've been uneventfully searching the desert. Temari's tried to kill me twice. It's just like old times, really. Of course I want to see Suna back, but I don't really know how to tell Temari that I wouldn't be heartbroken if it waited a little while. Gaara i'd like to see back, but I don't think there's anything we can do about that, either.
Hopefully I'll be back soon, and we'll have that date I promised you...
