She takes the drastic step of selling him her half of the business and moving out of her too-close-to-Sam apartment.
Sam goes ballistic and can't understand why she would want leave the business and move away. Its just too painful for her to be close to him - she needs a clean break. Will Sam realize what he's missing before its too late?
