You're so lucky you know about Fossil Creek, heheeee. Oh and eat at The Randall House if you get the chance (you can see it on the right when you're getting close to the turn for Fossil Creek). The food is all made from scratch and amazing.
Go to Tucson sometime! If your SO likes spas they have some awesome ones, plus it's just beautiful there. You need to visit Sedona too. It will be your favorite part of AZ.
What else? I feel like the phx metro area is just boring but that might be because I grew up there.
