Snupin-centric, I suppose, but anyone with thoughts on the subject is welcome to participate. I've been away a while - what are your thoughts about warnings and labels for post-DH Snupin (if that isn't a contradiction in terms)?

I'm good with just about anything, so long as the author "sells" it well. Compliant only through OotP? Fine. Only through HBP? Also works. Through DH and there's some really cool way of bringing Remus back. Also fine. Hell, I've written Remus-centric fic just last year that was post-war but only compliant through PoA. *shrugs* It is nice to make it clear in the headers where you're coming from so readers who only want canon-compliant or only want compliant through xyz can choose what to read.

there is no need for warnings (in question 2) but perhaps an alert so that you know you don't have to wade through the excuses and undesirable books. I care about both remus and tonks. but separately.
