Gary Oldman makes me almost like Sirius Black and considering I loathed him since book 3, that's nearly miraculous.

definately a buy movie.

Aw, he's one of my favorites :). I would have loved to see the scene with him and Snape trading insults.

Yeah, Grimmauld Place was very well done! Though I think Kreacher could have had a little more explanation. But the ambiance of the hallway was marvelous, I agree!

At least Kreacher was recognizably a House Elf. You know, this is the first of the HP movies I've seen where I read the book first, so it was a little strange. Based on my experience with the other movies, though, I'd guess that they made it understandable for people who hadn't read it.

I know, I wanted more SWM, too, but all the Occlumency memories are fragmented like that in the movie. I second your vote for deleted scenes ( ... )
