Yes, it's all true. Our debut album will be available from all good record stores from July 28. To celebrate, we will be launching the album at The Northcote Social Club on Friday July 27. Congratulations! :D It sounds cool. I have a stupid question though, what do you guys sound like? I doubt I'd have an opportunity to listen to your songs. Unless you do the MySpace/last.fm thing? (and eh, MySpace. I don't like it myself, but it's a good way of listening to music I suppose).

Ian and I are coming! Do you know what time you're on? If I don't get a SHOWBAG I will be very upset. I LOVE showbags. Just ask Ian. Great idea on the fairy floss too!

I love showbags so much I am genuinely excited about the prospect of going to the showbag hall at the Melbourne show this year cos I haven't been able to go for four years!!! I know, I'm sad.

oh, and there is a special spelt restaurant that's just opened on Bridge Road... down near Punt Road... maybe we should check it out? What the hell IS spelt by the way?? A special kind of flour?

mmm yes spelt is a lovely yummy type of flour/grain that has similar properties to wheat, as in, if you cook it it behaves mostly like wheat does.

there are other types good for lupus kids like me, like amaranth, which is similar but has a higher amount of protein...but isn't that nice.

so many different types! it's hard learning what is yummy and not so yummy.
