I LOVE all the Gossip Girl icons, my dear! Fabulous work!

Do you think you could point me toward any PS tutorials on how to achieve that lovely bright coloring in any of those Bad News Blair icons? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Thanks a lot!

I don't follow any particular colouring tutorial I've pretty much developed my own technique. But when I started to make graphics I used tutorials icontutorials from for help.

You could try:
http://community.livejournal.com/calendar_marks/19421.html (you need to be a member of the community though)
or
http://community.livejournal.com/glassballerina/47677.html

I mainly use screen and soft light layers (or curves) and selective colouring (but you have to practice a lot before you get it right!) and sometimes a colour balance layer.
