I finally figured out how to do one of these. I was also happy to discover that I could indicate individual provinces and states not only in the US, but in Canada and Australia also. I only wish there was a way to show the Europe section better so you can actually see where I have been and not been.

Hey there stranger! I hear this facebook thing is addictive...I am already dangerously close to getting addicted to coffee over here. But, since everyone is doing it...I suppose I should join the cool kids. ;)
