[A/N] : If you guys read my previous JaeMin fic, “Simply” *points to her journal*, this is COMPLETELY different. I’m trying out a new style, with an AU fic instead of DBSK and a new storyline. Comments are luved, as I’m still thinking about how long/how much this story will go.
Chapter 1
“I-I’ve liked you f-for some time now, and…I was w-wondering if you w-wanted to go o-out with me…”
Jaejoong sighed. He couldn’t see the two people at the corner of the rooftop, but their annoying voices carried to him all the same. He dragged out on his cigarette, making sure the ash fell away from his chest. He stared at the sky as he predicted the future possibilities. Either the girl liked him back, or she was a slut who had another boyfriend. Stupid people and their stupid lives…
“I’m sorry, but I don’t feel the same about you. I’m disgusted a guy would like me…” Jae lifted an eyebrow in surprise. A male voice? He mused. It was cold and short, but undeniably male.
“O-oh, I-I’m sorry, I didn’t--”
“You’ve wasted your time liking me. I’m not a homo like you, I like GIRLS.”
Silence. Then SLAM, the rooftop was closed shut as the first student stood, trembling, with his hand still on the letter.
How cute. Poor kid didn’t even know what hit him. Jae tsked. He turned his head a bit to the right, catching a glimpse of light brown hair before the student slowly walked over to the rooftop door and disappeared inside. Probably ugly anyway, if he was rejected.
But, Confessions of love on rooftops during lunch? How predictable. Male though was a surprise. Thank you to whomever you are for giving me some entertainment for the day. Jae closed his eyes, he wasn’t disturbed, he was bi, beautiful males and females came to him regardless of his sexuality. He just didn’t think there were any in this school however.
He took another drag on his cigarette, momentarily forgetting about what happened as he waited for the next period bell to ring. He closed his eyes as he breathed out the smoke. It didn’t matter to him what time, what day, what month it was. He did not want to go to class, so he cut. He did not like the older kid who knocked into him, rushing past without an apology, so he fought. He did things his way, and told the rest to fuck off. He was a cynical bastard, and he wanted to keep it that way.

Changmin tried hard to forget about today. He went back to lunch, trying to calm down, to breathe. He stuffed the letter into his backpack, forcing himself to eat so his friends didn’t notice his movements, his actions. He didn’t have an appetite, didn’t feel as though he would ever have appetite.
During class, he would picture the scenario over and over again. He was so nervous, anxious, but he told him. He knew that there would be a chance of rejection, but why did it have to hurt so much? Maybe I shouldn’t have told him. Oh god, what if he told his friends and now they’re laughing about me? Min struggled to compose himself, clenching his teeth to stop the tears to flow out. He wasn’t a crier, but sometimes, sometimes he just wanted to let the pain, the rejection, and the betrayal out.
“I’m not a homo like you.” Min knew he wasn’t inclined to guys, but Yunho was special. He was different, he told himself, different. But different made your life a hell of a lot harder didn’t it? Min put his hand over his mouth, glancing down on the words on the page, trying to hear the sentences his teacher was saying.
Let me forget. Please, block it out. Please.
He didn’t say anything as he walked out, barely talking before he rushed past his mother into his bedroom. He laid himself in his bed, staring up, feeling the tears pool out of his eyes as he thought, once again, about what happened today.
Please.

He didn’t want to go to school tomorrow. Didn’t want to see him in the halls, didn’t want the pang of embarrassment, of hurt to go through him again.
But his mom had other ideas.
“Get out of bed! Now!” She pulled the blinds open, exposing Min to the sunlight. He moaned, grumbling as his mom practically pulled him out of bed. He fumbled to the bathroom, putting on his school uniform as he headed down for breakfast.
“Hunny, I don’t know what’s happening in school, but I do not want you to hide from it. Haven’t I taught u better?” His mom was single, a former model who was more of a friend, really, than a mom. Min though he never received her looks, his mom thought he inherited all of them.
She sat down across from him. “I thought…that you might need a distraction. Something different from your normal class and clubs.” Min looked at her silently. He was used to her involvement, her busyness with his life. Right now, he didn’t even care.
“I joined you up for tutoring, Minnie, after school. Your first student will meet you after school. He’s three years older than you, a hyung, so be respectful.” Changmin just looked at her. Tutoring? Like that will help… But it was no use talking to his mom about saying no. He nodded mutely and anxiety pushed into his stomach.. school, students, Yunho.
His mom kissed him on his head after she hugged him, before he left. Childish, something they did before he entered middle school, but it was needed, even though it was only she who knew it.

“A fucking tutor? Again? I don’t need that shit!” Jae cursed again, not caring it was the principal he was talking to. The principal was used to this, though, and simply continued on.
“You’re failing science Kim, and you will need it to graduate. He is younger, yes, but first in the science department.”
“Hell no! I’ll skip anyway, so why the fuck would you put me thorough it?” The principal looked at him. “Your father has requested you to pass science, Jaejoong and we will try to do whatever we can to make sure it happens. You can curse at whomever you want, but this is one class you cannot miss.”
Jae cursed again. Fucking asshole! I don’t give a shit about graduating…he probably did it to fucking annoy me. Jae stormed outside the office, grabbing the piece of paper with the room number on it. It’s either one of those shy, pathetic geeks or stuck-up asses who thought they were better, Jae thought with disgust.
He walked past the classes, down into the corridor. School was out, kids gone either home or in clubs. He pushed the science door open, slamming the door of the Biology class opening, startling the student already seated there.
A shy pathetic geek, I knew it. Kid probably never cut class in his goddamn fucking life. When Jae was angry, he was fucking pissed and he made sure others knew it too.
The kid was obviously a bit scared, his eyes widening a bit, before glancing downward. From his stiff posture and reluctant hands, it seemed he didn’t want to be here as well.
Scared I’ll fuck you over?
He was tall but skinny, his uniform hung loose over his body. He had high cheekbones, his brown bangs slightly covering his brown eyes. He was anxious? Nervous?
Jae stood still as he noticed the guy’s hair. It reminded him vaguely of something he noticed, something that was amusing to him some point in time…
He smirked as he made his way to the science table. The boy looked down on his notes as Jae sat next to him. He barely glanced at Jae, his teeth clenched and eyes down.
“W-well, we are going to start with the f-first chapter. Then-“
Jae moved closer, his mouth whispering into the boy’s ear.
“I know who you like.” He said. Min looked up, straight ahead as his eyes widened.
It was going to be a good fucking year. Jae thought. Might even be interesting for once.

And here it is >< ! The smex isn’t in this chapter, but lets say things are going to get heated up the next few. A Lot. As much as I can put in. And believe me, I can put in a lot.
Sadly, I was actually thinking of this during bio class. Watching the tables, I zoned out and thought about Jaemin, or Min-pushed-on-table-with-Jae-inside-of-him. Then, I started thinking about this fic. I promptly forget everything she said about water.
I told my friend, and she was like, totally write it (after she laughing so hard and telling me I was a corrupted soul) So I am, but I’m not sure how frequently I’m going to update, but I will try as hard as I can. ^^ hope u guys enjoy~~
(I really like Min’s mom btw, she is really pretty…)
