I do enjoy walking. Especially since I push the Mini in his stroller to the park. I wish he could walk alongside but the 1-mile walk is on a busy main road (cars going 50+ mph) so I'd rather not chance it. When we get to the park, I pull out my water bottle and a book while the Mini plays on the playground equipment. Then we both take a walk around the grass field (another 1/4 mile probably).

When I listen to music, I put the volume on really low. Or I walk in and around my condo complex, which does not have car traffic.

Ooh and now that we have Chewy, we'll be doing a lot of this. :)
