I know how that is with grumpy customers. Now that I work at Disney I don't get many but I had one the other day who did want to wait for his ice cream and just left my lead told me not to worry about it but I just feel bad sine he paid 5.95 for his sunday and I really like to make people happy especially during this time of year.

I'm so sorry you had a hard couple days. I hope you have a nice rest of the holiday.
