I have made an important decision. I shall be attending the SFX Weekender 'Maskerade' (~pets a wincing darkhavens~ Sorry about the spelling, luv) in fancy dress.

Who else is definitely dressing up? I'm going to be a female Robin.

Uh, as in Batman and Robin rather than an actual bird. That would be weird. And awkward.

LOL! It's def worth considering. It'll be lots of fun either way, but I thought how often do I get a chance to do this sort of thing normally? So I've started gathering my outfit!

Have a search on ebay. I got great ideas just by searching everything in the fancy dress section. In the end it was between Robin, Batgirl or a Deatheater. If I lose my nerve I might still end up as a Deatheater, lol!

Oh my. Now I suppose I have to start looking into dressing up for real. *g*

EEEEE! I just checked the site and saw that Tom Baker is a guest. That's put a smile on my face. He is my Doctor Who; nobody else even comes close. :D

Oh I didn't realise you didn't know about TB. I was VERY pleased by that news. He was my first Doctor and caused much pain and many tears when he regenerated into PD. I wasn't expecting it! I gew to love PD though. Still, Tom was my first ...

I wasn't expecting the regeneration either, and, sad to say, nobody after Tom ever really measured up. I still watched, but the original love just wasn't there.

Hmmm... being Dr Tom is a possibility. I have the hat already, but I fear my days of shaggy perms are well and truly over. *g*

I felt the same way when PD went. Colin Baker didn't measure up so I stopped watching. I had another look when SMc joined but very quickly ran for the hills, lol. At that point I denied ever having watching it :oD
