The Hub 2: Belly-Licking Awesomesauce

Mar 16, 2009 19:39

I'm back from The Hub 2. I'm tired, my throat hurts, my voice is nearly gone and I'm almost totally broke. But I had the most awesome time. Everything was right and nothing was wrong. It was everything I dreamed it would be. I'd like to do a coherent report, but my eyes are rolling up into my head so I'll apologise now for the typos and randomness ( Read more... )

It really was wonderful! I'm feel rather thankfull I was able to go.

No photos because I couldn't find my camera all weekend. Turns out it was half-pushed under the bed and it was found by the cleaners just after we checked out. Thank goodness Kitty went back in to use the loo!

Was great meeting you babe ♥ I'm thrilled you had such an awesome time.

I'll be at the Hub 3. Might have to be standard though because I can't afford the tickets for three weeks.

It was so fabulous. I'm so glad I decided to go and decided to get the photo shoots. It'll be great to see you at the Hub 3!

Seeing and squishing John will make my millenium.

You know, I have an urge to read Gwen/the real Captain Jack.

There was simply no possibility of not going to H3 after a near-perfect experience and...John!

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Absolutely awesome weekend and our first proper con couldn't have been better. Did I tell you I was chatting with a chap who's been going to cons since 1984 (Star Trek, duh) and even he thought it was extra good?

*dances, twirls, snogs, snuggles and epic flails!*

Exactly! We couldn't not!

1984???? Whoa!! See, I knew we'd experienced something special. The organisation was brilliant. Everything ran like clockwork. I at least thought we'd spend half the day stuck in queues, but it really didn't feel like that.

~EPIC HUGGLES AND SMOOCHIES AND PHOTOSHOOT DANCES~

Which reminds me, WE'RE GONNA SQUISH THE JOHNKEY!!!
