I loved Iron Man - we bought the DVD for youngest son and I've really enjoyed rewatching it. I agree with you about the Dark Knight although I though Heath Ledger was stunning, but The Dark Knight himself rather two dimensional...

Alex Rider books are really well done aren't they? I got them for my eldest when he was about 11 and we all read them and got very excited when a new one was out! *g*

Hee! Yes, I can't help staring at it. I love his expression. He's got the look of someone who knows what he wants and is damn-well going to get it.

Hedge Ledger was great, but he still wasn't quite right for me. He was brilliantly twisted but not quite funny enough. The Joker in the comics is hilarious and you laugh and then feel like such a sicko for finding it funny :oD Perhaps I need to watch it again. I completely agree about Batman. Really, the whole film just felt long.

I adore the Alex Rider Books! I only discovered them when Snakehead came out. I read the whole lot in a couple of weeks and now I can't wait for the next one. Alex is such a wonderful character. He's so strong and he doesn't fall into self-pitying. I even loved the Stormbreaker film!

LOL, I'd love him to say that to me, too!! I just love how everyone is so cocky and arrogant, but within seconds of being in his presence they're kissing ass and humbled down to mere children.
