Huh... I went onto the hotel's website to book a room but they were fully booked already. :(

How did you book it?

Yeah, they were totally booked when I tried. And then I couldn't book the neighbouring hotel, The Ibis, because they didn't have any triple rooms. So I went with the Arandale Regent: http://www.aarandale.co.uk/index.htm which is ten minutes from the venue. lucy_locket stayed there last time and it's as good as anywhere. Plus, the woman on the phone was incredibly nice!

I have the ticket, hotel and flights all sorted out. The only thing I'm missing at the moment is the money to pay off my credit card bills and buy all the wonderful stuff they will be selling there, and then there are of course the auctions, and the intimate encounters. and I'm so going broke or I might already be

Yeah, the money is one pesky thing that has a tendency to get forgotten. Luckily there's over four months to save. Of course the first few will go to paying for the original Hub convention *g*

Will worry about the credit card bills when I have to. That's sometime next year so it's still faraway *tries to stay optimistic*
