The Hub 2

The Hub 2 has been announced. I'm going to check with work (because we have a stupid holiday ban in parts of March), and then book my ticket next week. I'm gutted that kitty_poker1 flew off to Vegas just this morning so I've got to wait to beg her to come with me ask her. I don't do waiting all that well, ha ha.

Who else is thinking of going?

I'd like to go...and while the con itself seems not too expensive there's that whole airfare thing...God I need a job...so that I can confuse everyone in my RL by going to England to see stars of a show they've never heard of...

We just need TW to stick around another year for me to finish school and get a job then I can save money to fly over. Hell, the tickets are cheaper than some con tickets here. I wanted to go to a BTVS one that was here in Detroit and it was still going to cost me nearly $1000 because the con tickets included nothing so by the time I purchased tickets for everything else it was too much money even without needing airfare or a hotel. Obviously I didn't go.

After enjoying myself so much at the MCM Expo yesterday, there's no way I'm going to miss The Hub this time, so I've bought a ticket! Yay :-D
