Technical Question

You know how your computer has a default media player? Like, Windows Media Player or VLC player or whatever. How do I change it? I had it on on VLC (I like the pretty orange traffic cones) and somehow managed to change it to stupid Winamp. I can't seem to get it back.

You know how technical I am - ho ho, ha ha - but maybe you could try re-downloading VLC and setting it as the default? Or maybe right click on whatever media file you're trying to play and 'Open With' VLC. Then you should hopefully have an option that you always want that type of file opened with VLC. Probably no help at all!

right click on the file you want to open. There should be an "open with" option. then there should be a "choose default program" option.
