I'm back from Writercon and my post Writercon trip to Las Vegas. I had a wonderful time, met many, many lovely people, have been mesmerised by the pretty lights of Vegas and am pretty much shattered. I'll do a report when I'm more lucid, but for now I'm going to sit and stare at nothing in particular ( Read more... )

Yep, unfortunately :o( But it wasn't too bad. We had a fault with our phone system for most of the day so it all nice and easy ~g~ And no, I had nothing to do with the fault ;o)

I'm sort of awake. I was up most of the night, chatting and betaing and only got up a couple of hours ago. This is no way to get my body clock back on track but it was fun. *g*

That's the hardest part, getting back on track. I'm trying very hard to manage it and I'm nearly there. Your other beta babies keeping you busy, are they? Hee!

I sure did! And I've brought a whole load back. Plus, we went to M&M's World on the Strip and I spent an absolute fortune on gifts and a stuff for myself. I got a giant red M&M cushion and a t-shirt!! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

I've now also discovered Oreos. Oh my dear god, they are the best cookies EVA!!!!!! Oh, oh AND I had a Reeces PIE for pudding after a meatball sub at Blimpie. I LOVE AMERICA!!!!!!!

Yay!!! ~grins and drools~ I had to put all the chocolate I bought back straight int he fridge when I got home. I think most of it turned very mushy on the plane. It kinda overheated :o( I also bought some Hersheys peanut butter kisses (yum) and the cherry ones (which I haven't tried yet)
