Summary:
Heechul finds himself deeply in love with his fellow super junior member Hangeng. Could this love be a blessing or is it a curse threatening to change everything he knows.

What was Hangeng doing? Hangeng placed his hands on the wall on either side of Heechuls face. Too close, This was way to close. Hangeng lifted his eyes up meeting Heechuls.
“Heechul…”/i>
He shifted uncomfortably. This was torture. If only Hangeng knew how fast he was making his heart beat. Hangeng leaned even closer. What was happening? Was he going to kiss him? No Hangeng had more of a dangerous look on his face then a sweet one. He eyes tightened into glare. What had he done to deserve that glare? It felt like an eternity that Hangeng stood there in front of him. Their door banged open and in entered Siwon. Using this distraction to his advantage Heechul ducked under Hangengs arms and threw himself against Siwon.
“Siwonnie”
Siwon stumbled back a step with surprise but caught Heechul none the less. Hangeng seemed to snap out of whatever trance he was in and smiled at Siwon.
“Oh right Ryeowook said the foods almost done so you guys should come out okay?”
Heechul made Siwon give him a piggy back into the living room. Was that a frown on Hangengs face before they left? The chatter while they all sat down was reaching a crazy amount. Sungmin for some reason was being smothered by Kyuhyun, Yesung had his pet turtle on the table with them. But the thing that mattered most was that Kibum was enjoying the rest of his time here. They just sat around talking to each other after they finished eating. Finally tired and wore out they all said goodnight.
Should Heechul really go back to the room? What was wrong with Hangeng? What would make him do that? Heechul shook his head before opening the bedroom door. Hangeng looked like he was sleeping so Heechul crept silently. He plopped into his bed wearing his Tom and Jerry pink pyjamas.
“Good day wasn’t it?”
Heechul jumped at the sound of Hangengs voice. Wasn’t he supposed to be asleep? He turned his head to find Hangeng on his side facing him. A small shiver ran down his spine. The things those eyes did to him was crazy. He nodded in response to Hangengs question. Why was his heart beating so fast?
“Are you happy that Kibum got the offer?”
“What- Of course I am. Why wouldn’t I be he deserves it”
“What about the part of him leaving?”
What was Hangeng getting to? Heechul bit his lip. There was no way these questions were going to lead to anything good.
“”Well I’ll miss him but he’s coming back so I will focus more on the next time I’ll see him”
That was a satisfactory answer Heechul concluded. Hangeng shouldn’t want to ask any more questions so he snuggled deeper into his sheets closing his eyes. Hangengs next words had Heechul beside him in an instant.
“What if a member left forever?”
“What’s with all these question? Are you leaving? You can’t leave Hangeng I need…Super junior needs you”
Heechul hoped that Hangeng had ignored his slip up. He all but practically told Hangeng just how much he needed him. Heechul let go of Hangengs hand that he had been holding captured in his own. Hangeng felt his heart stop. Did Heechul just say that he needed him? He shook his head no he must have imagined it besides Heechul would say that to any member. Heechuls head flicked up when Hangeng chuckled.
“Silly”
Hangeng took a finger a traced his cheek and down his jaw.
“I’m not leaving. I was just wondering about Kibum. What if the film industry turns out better for him then Super Junior?”
“We would support him one hundred percent and wait with open arms if he was ever to return.”
Hangeng nodded. That was defiantly true. No matter what they would welcome each other with open arms and hearts. They needed each other after all. The proof of that was right in front of them. If just one member wasn’t with the others it felt like something was missing.
“Yeah you’re right”
Hangeng let out a yawn. He closed eyes preparing to go to sleep. Something soft pressed against his forehead before disappearing. Did that really happen? He opened one eye to find Heechul already back in his own bed. Maybe he was just imagining it.
Heechul had his back facing Hangeng. He did not just kiss Hangengs forehead. He cheeks went even redder at the fact he had actually done it. Man he was acting like a high school girl with a crush. Fine from now on all dramas movies were banned he could only watch awesome actions movies.
“Goodnight Heechul”
“G-goodnight Hangeng”
Everyone had schedules starting the next day. There would generally be at least one person at home with Kibum if he wasn’t attending anything himself. Three days before Kibum had to leave Heechul and Kyuhyun were sitting at home bored. Kyuhyun sighed. His PSP just didn’t do it for him anymore. Heechul stroked Heebum absent minded. Why was everything so…boring? Kyuhyun threw his PSP on the couch in frustration. This earned a hiss from Heebum who had nearly been hit by it.
“Yah watch Heebum”
Kyuhyun just grumbled under his breath. Why did he have to be stuck with Heechul?
“So bored”
They said it at the same time. They looked at each other and sighed again there had to be something to cure this boredom. They only had two days not including today til Kibum left. Their manager had given them the day off before Kibum left and the schedules started the day of him leaving. They had that day off to do something special with Kibum but so far had they had no luck of figuring out what they wanted to do. Wait a second. Something popped into Heechuls head. He voiced this out loud to Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun threw his arms around Heechul.
“You’re the best hyung, when do we start?”
With those suspicious smirks they talked.
The Day before Kibum was leaving they woke up to Leeteuk running around waking up all the members. Some hit his hand away but he used his umma power to make them get their butts up and dressed. Shindong walked in the living room rubbing his eyes sleepily.
“Why did you wake us up hyung?”
“We have a schedule on”
Henry walked in letting out a big yawn.
“But I thought we had this day off? You know for Kibum”
Leeteuk shrugged he had only been told today himself that they had something on. Kangin walked in looking completely exhausted.
“The rest have been woken up. I’m going to bed now”
Leeteuk put his arms on his hips.
The rest of the members walk in to Find Leeteuk pulling Kangin by his ear. Well that wasn’t something you see every day. There were even some cheers for Leeteuk.
“Yah why is it that we are being woken up on our day off!”
Leeteuk immediately let go of Kangins ear and turned to Heechul.
“You have been woken up because we have a schedule”
“Since when?!”
“Since now”
Kangin who was recently arguing with Leeteuk turned to defend him. He even put his arms around Leeteuk protecting him if Heechul in a rage decided to attack.
“Let’s just get this over with okay”
Heechul grumbled but followed anyway. Kyuhyun being the Magnae certainly acted like one. He carried on like a whinny kid whose mum didn’t get them their favorite lolly. Sungmin and Zhou Mi were sent in to calm the ‘crazy lunatic’ as Kangin called him.
It was a photo shoot that they had that day. The photographer Noona had show particular interest in all members except Heechul and Kyuhyun. Already being in bad moods they complained like hell and in Heechuls case bitched like he never bitched before. Standing with a bright blue background they were organised in the positions the Photographer wanted them in.
“If she says ‘back’ one more time I will kill”
“Heechul enough!”
Leeteuk bit he lip. It did seem like this photographer was picking on Heechul and Kyuhyun. While the rest of them were all standing together she kept getting Kyuhyun and Heechul to move back.
“Kyuhyun… Heechul please move back a little more.”
Kyuhyun grumbled under his breath. Heechul looked like he was ready to kill. They did what she said none the less.
“”Umm maybe I ask why they are standing so far back from the rest of us?”
She smiled a sweet smile to Leeteuk.
“Don’t worry there’s a good reason for it.”
No one liked the way it was going. Heechul and Kyuhyun were moved even further back til there was a good three meters between them and the other members.
“Ready…Hana, Dul…”
Kyuhyun and Heechuls eyes met. No one else saw the sparkle in their eye.
“Set”
PLOP. SPLASH. SQUISH
They all looked dumbfounded at each other. What had just happened? Yesung wiped his cheek that was covered in cake. Cake had fallen from the ceiling? Kyuhyun and Heechul couldn’t take it anymore; they burst out laughing at the other members who were completely covered in cake. They thought the plan was amazing in their mind but seeing it all in reality was brilliant.
“KYUHYUN!”
“Eep run Kyuhyun”
Heechul grabbed his hand and they started running from the cake covered members. They had gotten into a hallway. One second Kyuhyun was holding his hand the next second Kyuhyun had been tackled by an annoyed cake-covered Sungmin. Heechul didn’t get too far away from Kyuhyun before arms wrapped around his waist. He turned to find it was Siwon who had captured him. Siwon didn’t look that bad he only had a big blob of cake on his head. Heechul chuckled at the sight.
Kyuhyun wasn’t getting so kind a treatment. Everyone else had caught up just in time to see Sungmin smother Kyuhyuns face with a chunk of the cake off his jacket. That could be him. Heechul glared daring anyone to try the same thing. Immediately everyone thought better of it…well everyone except Hangeng. Heechuls eyes Watched Hangeng wearily. There was no way he would do it. Hangeng got right in front of him. SPLAT. Oh Hangeng was so dead for that. With a throw from Heechul it turned into a massive cake fight.
They all lay on the floor covered in cake laughing heavily. This was the perfect last day for Kibum. It was nice doing things like this with each other. It was rarely just them anymore. They always had schedules so it was rare that they were all together like this. They were whole. Leeteuk sat up slowly.
“Okay we should be getting back guys”
