Since Harvey wears a wedding band, clients usually assume he has a wife, and they're always saying things like, "You and your wife should come over sometime for dinner," or "How's the wife, Harvey?", when in reality, Harvey's husband has been sitting there with the client all night. Harvey never corrects them because he doesn't necessarily think his personal life should enter into business, and really...because Mike thinks it's hilarious that no one ever picks up that Harvey bats for the other team. It doesn't bother Mike at all that no one knows he's married to Harvey. Mike just sorta grins and gleefully says things like, "Why would they? I traded way up," or "Maybe they just don't think I'm your type," or whatever.

But the thing is, it bothers Harvey. Mike is the most important person to ever come into his life. And he wants the world to know that.

So apparently my thing is secretly married!Harvye/Mike. Who knew. LOL. This turned out slightly darker in tone than I anticipated - but fear not, there is still fluff to be had.

In my mind this takes place two months after Exclusively Yours but it can be read a stand-alone fic. Enjoy.

Harvey moves his attention back to his water. Mike, knowing Harvey will speak when he is ready, moves into the room and picks up Harvey's shirt and shoes from the floor and puts everything away in their walk-in. While he is there he sheds his own jacket, tie and shoes, pulling the shirt from his pants and rolling his shirt sleeves slightly. He returns to the bedroom and sits beside Harvey, waiting ( ... )
