I agree...prostitution should be legalized, and you're also right with the fact that it should have nothing to do with morals..but Jason...not to shut down your completely awsome points because I agree, but prostitution can also cause the spread of STD's and with the whole AIDs crisis thing going on...that's probably another reason they are keeping it illegal.

Easy solution would be you need a doctor's permission to be a "client". Prostitutes would need government permissions to practice the business as well, which have to be renewed frequently.

And then there's always condoms as a last resort.

Soo true, but then prostitution would be too much of a hassle...guys want and easy "lay" not a "I need to go to the doctors to get checked before I fuck this chick"

well put kim...well put...and also jason, dont you think that some of the prostitutes will skip the doctors thing anyway, and in turn ruin it for them all. so i must say, tho you have argued well, that i believe prostitution should stay illegal....except in las vegas where it already is legal.
