At work today one of the new people that attended our Fool's Day Ritual was in. I was coming back from my break when I saw him and so I went over and introduced myself and got his name and apologized for not catching it when they came. His name was Ethan, the girl he came with wasn't there though...so still don't know her name

Tofu is incredibly more palatable if you press all the plain water out of it and then let it soak in some sort of marinade. I'm serious about the pressing out water part- wrap it in a dish towel, sandwich it between two flat surfaces, and then put a giant bowl of water or a weight on top of it for half an hour

Yeah, I just learned about the pressing tofu thing from my new cookbook...which is why I bought some to try again. So we shall see! I might try it tomorrow, since I'm off.

Thanks for talking to Odin for me! If a relationship with Danu solidly forms I'll see if she can share some niceness (is that even really a word?) with you. Also, you so need to be careful with what you wish for with Thor...my yard is flooded again! Ethan - Is that who I am thinking it is - yellow shirt? Making new friends does feel good. I know I've been struggling with friends in general since I am entering this new phase of life.
