Damn i am so gettin sick of all these girls thinking they are so fucking hardcore because they listen to "atreyu" and unearth is so hardcore. pssh half the people out there havent even listened to real hardcore. this whole scene is becoming bullshit. exactly. well said. i still love norma jean though.

and it bothers me when people think they're hardcore period, when they know only a few bands (like atreyu =/)

I'm waiting for the hardcore and metal scene to die again, too. It's become a trend that is spawning countless, ignorant "hardcore" kids. Not that I'm a musical elitist, but I was in "the scene" back in middle school and elementary school thanks to my brothers that listened to early 80s metal. Anyways, hope you feel better, brother.
