ah, that had actually been a subplot i wanted to write, but couldn't find the right spot to fit in: nayoung's mum had been kyungsoo's close friend in highschool who got knocked up by a nameless someone and kyungsoo wanted to be there for her bc they were friends and stuff but something happened and she abandoned both of them because she just couldn't do it anymore and it was a whole long convoluted subplot that got too complicated for this simple little fic
