It was never, never anything that could break that two people apart. Except one, which is death.
What could be more cruel than both seperated by a division of two different worlds?
Shige lied hidden under his blanket. He was in a pitch-dark room, although it's clearly daytime, with a little sunshine shining through the binds of his room curtain. Dry tears track could be seen clearly on his face. He clutches his chest tightly, no, why now?
He finally got out of his bedroom, and staggered towards the kitchen. He poured himself a cup of milo, before he felt a large pain overtaking his head, he walked, legs criss-crossing each other, and he fell down, breaking the cup of milo onto the floor, and his hands were scratched by the pieces on the floor. Shige, was like a zombie. He got up, giggled at his pathetic state, before taking his keys, and left the house.
He walked around. Everybody was smiling brightly, families holding onto their children eagerly, and children shouting for their parents. Lovers sat at the benches, being in a mood of lovey dovey state. Shige was like a drunkard, he walked over to a couple, and pointed to them, saying, "You know... there will never be forever in this world, one day... you will be seperated!!!" Shige shouted, laughing to himself. Everybody stared at him.
Finally, he found his way to the place he wanted to go. Graveyard. He went over to the grave, and sat beside the grave, with the words of "Koyama Keiichiro" engraved nicely on it. He used his hand, and smoothly touched the picture. He was smiling. Tears were falling down from his eyes. His handphone, that was in his pocket was ringing. Shige ignored it, and lied onto the grave, hugging it like it was his everything.
Right at the other side of the call, was Tegoshi. "Shige! Pick up the phone!" Tegoshi was practically talking to himself. Beside him, was Masuda, trying to calm Tegoshi down. Yes. There was an important news that Shige needs to know. Koyama, he left a message for Shige! It will definitely cheer Shige up, because the contents were what Shige wanted to hear, all along. Shige thought that Koyama have actually left him nothing, he felt that his world was missing without Koyama. "Shige! Pick it up!!" At the background, a voice was playing, while Tegoshi was attempting to call Shige.
Shige, can you hear me? Moshi moshi~ Haha! You know, i have always thought that Shige is really a important person to me. I have always liked Shige, like forever. Shige, sorry. Sorry for not telling you that i have this stupid illness, and that it is going to take away my life any moment. I.. I did not want Shige to worry, because i did not want to see your sad face. I always wanted to see your smile, your smile made me live till where i am now. I love you, Shige. Please, please live on even if I will be gone in the future, please, take care of yourself. Please know that, even if i am gone, i will still be by your side, forever..
Shige never got to hear these words, the words left by Koyama. Shige shed so much more tears than he had. The emotions that he had hidden within him, cam flowing out uncontrollably as he sat in front of Koyama's grave. In that graveyard, he was as if that only Koyama and Shige was the one in that plain green field. The graveyard, the graveyard. Shige, have not eaten for nearly three days. He had missed Koyama every single day and night, and finally, he collapsed onto the grave, breathless.
In Shige's black screen, Koyama was streching out his hand. A bright light shone onto Shige. "Shige, grab my hand, let's go!" Koyama exclaimed, smiling towards Shige. Shige smiled, and he reached out for Koyama's hand. "I'm.. I'm finally with you again, Koyama.." Shige teared, and the very next day, Shige's body was found lying beside Koyama's grave, lifeless, and a smile was seen on his face.
