The page to delete a comment should have a link back to the comment where it appears on the entry, the "ban from everywhere" tickybox .

YES. A link back to the deleted comment's parent comment would be very nice. Call me lazy, but I find it a pain in the derriere to have to backtrack to the main entry page via my browser's back button. =P
